1992年鲁尔蒙德地震发生于1992年4月13日，当地时间凌晨3:20左右，里氏地震规模5.8，震中位于荷兰东南部城镇鲁尔蒙德。这是荷兰和西北欧有记录的最强地震，对荷兰以及邻国比利时和德国的老建筑造成了严重破坏，并间接造成德国波昂一名79岁的妇女因心脏病去世。随后发生了一系列余震[4]。
