雅各布·伊莱·古德曼（英语：Jacob Eli Goodman，1933年11月15日—2021年10月10日[2]）是一名美国几何学家，他职业生涯的大部分时间都在纽约市立学院度过，并担任该校的名誉教授[3]。
研究工作[编辑]
古德曼和他的长期合作者理查德·M·波拉克共同提出“允许排列序列”和“布线图”等概念[4]这些概念在离散几何学中，特别是在伪线排列和（更广泛地说）定向拟阵的研究中发挥了重要作用。他与波拉克的合作成果包括：关于多胞形阶类型数的第一个非难界值[5]，以及哈德维格横向定理在高维度上的推广[6]。他和波拉克是《离散与计算几何学》杂志的创始编辑[7]。
古德曼是“煎饼问题”的提出者，这是一个关于排列组合的基本问题，他用笔名哈利·德怀特（Harry Dweighter）发表了这篇论文[8][9]。这个问题产生了煎饼排序的概念[9][10][11]。
古德曼与约瑟夫·奥罗克共同编辑了《离散与计算几何手册》（Handbook of Discrete and Computational Geometry）一书[12]。
