王子橋（英語：Princes Bridge）[4]是澳洲墨爾本市中心的一座橋樑，橫跨雅拉河。它建在該市最古老的河流交叉口之一的原址上，形成從南部進入中心城市的門戶。該橋連接雅拉河北岸的斯旺斯頓街與南岸的聖基爾達路（St Kilda Road），承載汽車、電車和行人交通。這座橋建於1888年，被列入維多利亞遺產名錄（Victorian Heritage Register）。[5]，
由於其位置，王子橋通常是墨爾本慶祝活動的焦點，如穆姆巴節（Moomba）、跨年等許多慶祝活動在流經城市的雅拉河上舉行。
