特拉維斯·金（英語：Travis T. King，1999年或2000年），美國陸軍逃兵，2023年7月18日在南北韓非軍事區旅遊的時候，跨越共同警備區域三八線逃進朝鮮民主主義人民共和國[1][2]。由於在其服役的國家韓國面臨法律問題，特拉維斯·金可能會被美軍開除[3][4]。

外界認為特拉維斯目前正被北韓當局扣押審問[5][6][7]，他因此成為目前外界知道的唯一一位被北韓扣押的美國公民[1][8]，也是自2018年11月布魯士·拜倫·羅倫士以來第一位被北韓扣押的美國公民[9][10]。2023年8月15日，北韓方面宣稱金因對美軍內部的種族主義感到反感而越北，並尋求難民身份[11][12]。2023年9月27日，北韓決定驅逐特拉維斯·金[13][14]。

早年及兵役經歷[編輯]

金1999年或2000年出生，父親名叫湯馬士·金（Thomas King）[15]，母親名叫克勞迪婭·蓋茨（Claudine Gates）[16]。金在美國威斯康辛州拉辛成長[17]，高中就讀於華盛頓公園高中（英語：Washington Park High School），2020年畢業[18][19]。

2021年1月，金應徵加入美國陸軍[20][1]，後被分配到美軍第1裝甲師第1旅戰鬥隊（英語：1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division (United States)），成為機械偵察兵（英語：cavalry scout），2022年2月正式抵達韓國服役。

2022年9月4日，金逃離了在柏尼法斯營日常負責的崗位，其後在議政府市被發現。金後來表示自己「拒絕返回崗位，也不想回去美國」[3]。同月25日，金在首爾一家酒吧毆打了一名韓國男子，但由於受害男子撤回指控，首爾法院撤銷案件[21]。10月8日，金在首爾麻浦區與一名韓國當地人發生衝突，警方上前勸阻未果，遂將其送上警車，期間金一直辱罵北韓人、韓國陸軍和韓國警方，還把車門給踢壞，造成了58.4萬韓元（約合458美元）的損失。後來金承認自己有毆打他人、破壞公物的行為，並支付了100萬韓元（約合783美元）修復車子[21]。事件發生後，金沒有隨所在部隊返回美國，而是留在韓國，行政上歸屬於美國陸軍第4步兵師第2旅[22]。

2023年2月8日，首爾西區法院裁定金打人罪名成立，罰款500萬韓元（約合3950美元）；金拒絕繳納罰金。在此之後，金被天安市的一所監獄關押了47天[註 2]，2023年7月10日才獲釋[1][23]。出獄後，金在平澤市美軍基地漢弗萊營接受為期一周察看[1]。2023年7月17日，金完成基地的離職程序[1]，次日被護送到仁川國際機場，過程一直持續到他抵達海關檢查站[1]。由於沒有機票，負責護送的官兵無法通過檢查站，金獨自在航站樓逗留[1]。按照原定計劃，金需要登上飛往美國德克薩斯州布利斯堡的航班[3]，但他向美國航空的工作人員聲稱護照丟失[16]，故沒有登上航班，直接離開了機場[1]。

逃進北韓[編輯]

離開仁川機場後，金跟隨旅遊團旅遊，於2023年7月18日抵達板門店的南北韓非軍事區。當天下午3點27分，金跨越共同警備區域的三八線，逃進了北韓。據目擊者表示，旅行團還在參觀的時候，身穿黑色衣服的金跑進了三八線的北韓方面一側，期間還發出響亮的笑聲。韓國方面的士兵曾一度衝上前阻攔，但沒有成功[24][25]。消息指金其後被一輛身份不明的貨車接走，在北韓被拘留[26][27][3]。

駐韓美軍發言人表示金是「在沒有授權的情況下自願跨入三八線進入北韓」[28]。2023年7月20日，美國國防部宣佈金為逃兵[26]。

2023年7月24日，聯合國軍表示正就金的事件與北韓政府聯絡[29][30][31]。至8月1日，北韓方面承認聯合國軍曾索要有關金在北韓情況的情報，稱對方正在調查事件；北韓未提供有關情報[6][7][32]。8月15日，朝中社證實金身在北韓，並稱其因「對美軍內部非人的虐待和種族歧視抱有反感」而投誠。該社還稱「他對不平等的美國社會感到極大的失望」，並表明「願流亡北韓或第三國」[11][12]。但據美聯社稱，朝中社為政治宣傳機構，即「金正恩政府之傳聲筒」，故這些有關金的聲稱均「不可能」核實[33]。

2023年9月27日，北韓決定驅逐特拉維斯·金[13][14]。金隨後被交給瑞典駐北韓大使館的外交官並帶到了中國。接着，他在中國丹東市與美國駐華大使伯恩斯和一名美軍準將會面，然後又乘機飛往瀋陽市，最後飛往韓國的烏山空軍基地。[34]
