巴格達之戰是2003年4月上旬英美聯軍攻佔巴格達的戰役。

2003年英美發動伊拉克戰爭三周後，由美國陸軍美國陸軍第3步兵師率領的聯軍陸上司令部部隊（英語：Coalition Forces Land Component Command）攻入巴格達。美國於2003年4月14日宣佈佔領巴格達，美國總統喬治·沃克·布殊於2003年5月1日發表了勝利演說。

巴格達的經濟以及民用基礎設施和文化遺產因戰鬥以及搶劫和縱火而遭受嚴重破壞。在巴格達之戰期間，巴格達南部的Al-Yarmouk醫院每小時新增約100名患者。 ^[7]

2000多名伊拉克士兵和34名英美聯軍士兵在戰鬥中陣亡。巴格達淪陷後，英美聯軍於4月10日攻入基爾庫克，並於2003年4月15日攻入提克里特。
