外擔菌綱（學名：Exobasidiomycetes）是擔子菌門黑粉菌亞門下的一個綱。該綱真菌與一些植物的菌癭有關。這一綱共包含六個目，分佈為實球黑粉菌目（Doassansiales）、葉黑粉菌目（Entylomatales）、外擔菌目（Exobasidiales）、Georgefischeriales、Microstromatales以及腥黑粉菌目（Tilletiales）。[2]
