利夫拉加列車脫軌事故是發生在2020年2月6日意大利倫巴第利夫拉加的高鐵脫軌事故，事故造成2人死亡，31人受傷。這次事故是意大利15年來第一次高鐵事故。[1]
事故[編輯]
一列米蘭-薩萊諾區間的Frecciarossa 1000列車(列車編組:ETR 400.21-第21編組)在利夫拉加於05:34當地時間（04:34 UTC）脫軌，[2][3][4]其運行時速為300公里每小時（190英里每小時）。發生脫軌的是機車和兩節旅客車廂，[5]並撞擊了貨車和建築物。[6]列車上有33人，包含5名員工和28名乘客，其中2名司機死亡，[5][6]其餘31人受傷。[7]事故前一天，替換了一套轉轍器。[4]
事故中的傷者被送往卡斯泰爾聖焦萬尼、科多尼奧、克雷馬、克雷莫納、Humanitas、洛迪、梅萊尼亞諾、皮亞琴察和帕維亞這些地方的醫院，[4]其中兩人重傷。[8]意大利的鐵路工人在2月7日中午開始舉行了兩小時的罷工。[4]

根據調查，事故源自岔口信號錯誤，但維護人員未及時全部處理，導致列車以292 km/h的速度撞向岔口而脫軌。[9][10]
