一網（英語：OneWeb）是一家由格雷格·韋勒（英語：Greg Wyler）創建的全球通訊公司[1][2][3]。該公司總部分別位於英國的倫敦和美國維珍尼亞州的麥克萊恩（英語：McLean, Virginia）[4][5]，同時還在加利福尼亞州設有辦事處[6]。公司的主要子公司一網衛星（OneWeb Satellites）是一家衛星生產工廠，由一網與空中巴士國防航天合資成立，位於美國的佛羅里達州。一網公司的前身是WorldVu Satellites[7][8]。2019年2月，一網公司開始發射組網一網衛星星座，這是一個由650餘顆近地軌道小型衛星所組建的網絡[9]。2023年3月，一網公司發射完畢由648顆衛星構成的初代星座計劃[10][11]，至6月底，服務已覆蓋歐洲和美國的大部分地區[12]。一網公司的目標是向「每個地方每個人」提供衛星上網服務，以將互聯網深入到農村和偏遠地區及相關的一系列市場。

一網公司成立於2012年，當時的公司名為WorldVu Satellites[8]，總部位於英國的海峽群島[13]。2015年，一網公司獲得5億美元的投資，並同意從現有的航空航天公司阿麗亞娜空間和維珍銀河手裏購買發射服務。

由於流動資金危機（英語：Liquidity crisis）導致一網公司難以募集資金來完成剩下90%網絡的建設和部署，一網公司不得不於2020年3月27日申請破產。該公司目前已經解僱原有僱員531人中的85%，但仍表示將維持衛星運營；同時向法院申請重組，以為衛星星座尋找新的所有者[14][15]。2020年7月3日，由英國政府與巴帝企業（英語：Bharti Enterprises）領導的財團贏得了競拍而獲得了這家公司的所有權，雙方均持有42%股權[16][17][18][19][20]。OneWeb重申了其繼續建設衛星星座的意圖。軟銀保留了12%的股權[21][22]。隨着OneWeb為完成第一階段衛星部署而獲得的進一步投資，英國政府和巴帝企業的持股比例下降[23]。

2023年9月28日，歐洲通訊衛星公司宣佈與一網公司合併。[24][25]

2019年11月，OneWeb宣佈計劃從2020年1月開始發射衛星，[26]之後首次正式發射又被推遲至2020年2月，之後因COVID-19大流行及公司破產、重組事務影響，第三次發射被推遲至2020年12月。[27]
