霍普·希克斯[1]（英語：Hope Hicks，1988年10月21日—）是美國公共關係專員、特朗普政府高級政治顧問。[2]希克斯2017年1月至9月間曾擔任白宮戰略交流主管（英語：White House Director of Strategic Communications），2017年8月至2018年3月間任白宮通訊聯絡主管（英語：White House Communications Director）。[3][4]2018年3月29日她一度從特朗普政府請辭，後又於2020年3月9日官復原職。2021年1月13日，希克斯二度辭職。[5]

希克斯曾經當過模特，供職在特朗普集團旗下，後在2016年特朗普參選期間擔任新聞發言人、早期通訊聯絡主管。總統交接（英語：Presidential transition of Donald Trump）期間，希克斯擔任特朗普政府的新聞發言人。[6][7]她在2018年辭職時是特朗普麾下任職時間最長的政治助理。[8][9]離職期間，希克斯擔任福斯公司的公關負責人兼常務副總裁。[10][11]

2020年10月2日，希克斯被檢出新冠病毒陽性。[12]她在2020年總統選舉辯論期間接觸過總統特朗普，後者隨後亦檢測出新冠陽性。[1]
