米歇爾·歐基菲謀殺案

米歇爾·歐基菲（英語：Michelle O'Keefe，1981年10月11日—2000年2月22日）是一名18歲的美國大學生，同時也是一名有志向的演員。2000年2月22日，她在一次參演完搖滾小子 MV回家的途中在加利福尼亞州棕櫚谷被射殺。這件案子引起了全國媒體廣泛的關注，其中包括了全美通緝令和NBC 日界線。^[1]^[2]

2005年，伊戰老兵雷蒙德·李·詹寧斯中士因為這件謀殺案被捕。經過三審定讞，最終宣判終生監禁^[3]。在服刑了11年後，詹寧斯得到無罪判決並被釋放^[3]^[4]。這是由於一名法學生克林頓·埃爾利希在電視上看到這件案件後與他的父親傑佛里·埃爾利希開始了求證工作，並最後成功說服洛杉磯地區法院詹寧斯是無罪的^[4]。

洛杉磯時報編輯社指出詹寧斯的獲釋是對地區檢察官傑克·雷茜組成的犯罪審查組的辯護。^[5]
