四乙酸二釕或乙酸釕(II)是釕的乙酸鹽之一，化學式為Ru2(OAc)4，其中OAc−為乙酸根。它可由氯化四乙酸二釕被鋅汞齊在四氫呋喃中還原得到。[2]它和三氟乙酸、三氟乙酸酐、三氟乙酸鈉回流反應，可以得到[Ru2(O2CCF3)4]。[3]
