羅伯特·埃米特·麥格拉斯（英語：Robert Emmett McGrath，1932年6月13日—2022年12月4日），美國演員、歌手及兒童文學作家，於1969年到2016年間在教育節目《芝麻街》中扮演鮑勃·約翰遜，為其最知名的角色。

早年經歷[編輯]

麥格拉斯於1932年6月13日出生於伊利諾伊州渥太華的一個農民家庭[1][2]，他的名字羅伯特·埃米特·麥格拉斯取自愛爾蘭民族主義者羅伯特·埃米特。兒時的麥格拉斯經常在母親彈鋼琴時唱歌，於是母親便將他送進羅克西劇院(英語：Roxy Theater)的業餘愛好者訓練班，最終他離開訓練班時在學員中排名第二。麥格拉斯的高中則就讀於馬凱特高中（英語：Marquette Academy）[3]。

1954年，麥格拉斯從密西根大學的音樂、戲劇與舞蹈學院（英語：University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance）畢業。大學期間，他加入了學校的男子合唱團（英語：University of Michigan Men's Glee Club）[4][5]和Phi Gamma Delta（英語：Phi Gamma Delta）兄弟會。每當兄弟會舉辦活動時，麥格拉斯都會與電視製片人大衛·康奈爾（英語：David Connell (television producer)）共同為顧客提供餐飲服務（康奈爾是他的前輩，他的工作主要是清洗餐具），這段時期的合作促使康奈爾後來邀請他一起拍攝《芝麻街》。大學畢業後，麥格拉斯到美國陸軍服役，期間他曾在德國為第七軍交響樂團（英語：Seventh Army Symphony Orchestra）表演節目及為他們預先安排場地，並在德國待了兩年[6]。

1959年，麥格拉斯從曼哈頓音樂學院取得音樂碩士學位[7]。

職業生涯[編輯]

1960年到1964年間，麥格拉斯與歌手米奇·米勒（英語：Mitch Miller）合作，在米勒的歌詠會節目《Sing Along with Mitch》中擔任男高音主唱。此外，他還曾參與沃爾特·凱利（英語：Walt Kelly）專輯《Pogo》的錄製[8]。

1960年代中葉，麥格拉斯以錄音藝術家的身份前往日本發展，並發布了一系列用日語演唱的愛爾蘭等地的民歌和歌謠，收穫到不少名氣[9][10]。據麥格拉斯透露，他選擇前往日本發展是源於他在1966年和1967年參加的兩部遊戲節目時的「秘密」[11][12][13][12]。

1969年到2016年間，麥格拉斯長期出演《芝麻街》，扮演鮑勃·約翰遜，他與蘇珊·羅賓遜（英語：The Robinson family (Sesame Street)）的扮演者洛麗塔·隆（英語：Loretta Long）都是該節目的第一代元老演員，Noggin頻道（小尼克的前身）曾在一檔節目中專門對鮑勃一角對於《芝麻街》的推廣作用表達讚許。2016年7月，芝麻街工作室宣布麥格拉斯將不會再繼續出演該劇的第47部，但仍會出席工作室舉辦的公眾活動。不久，工作室宣布麥格拉斯在經過勸說後同意繼續出演《芝麻街》[14][15][16]。雖然麥格拉斯從第45季之後便再未出現在《芝麻街》的正式劇集中，但他仍有參與錄製該劇的線上宣傳片，亦曾於2019年出席該劇的50周年慶典（英語：Sesame Street's 50th Anniversary Celebration）[17]。

麥格拉斯表示在多年來參演《芝麻街》的過程中，他最喜歡的經歷是在1978年演出聖誕特別節目《芝麻街的平安夜（英語：Christmas Eve on Sesame Street）》時欣賞《麥琪的禮物》的模仿畫（英語：Pastiche），以及在1983年拍攝角色奧佩爾先生（英語：奥佩尔先生）去世前的一系列場景[註 1][18]。

自1977年起，麥格拉斯一直是CTV電視網馬拉松式廣播節目《Telemiracle》的固定人選，直到2015年出席一期向他致敬的節目後方才停止出演[19]。2018年，他作為特別嘉賓再次在《Telemiracle》中露面[20]。2006年3月3日，麥格拉斯憑藉《Telemiracle》獲得薩斯喀徹溫省百年紀念獎章（英語：Commemorative Medal for the Centennial of Saskatchewan）[註 2]，由薩斯喀徹溫省副省長（英語：Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan）琳達·哈弗斯托克（英語：Lynda Haverstock）頒發[21]。

2013年，薩斯喀徹溫省省長布拉德·沃爾向他頒發薩斯喀徹溫省傑出服務獎章[22]。

麥格拉斯在兒童文學方面亦頗有成就，曾在不列顛哥倫比亞省參與過一檔兒童向慈善綜藝節目，並跟隨團隊持續為社區服務數十年，最終藉此獲得該省的傑出貢獻獎[23]。他寫過許多供兒童閱讀的書籍，包括1996年的《Uh Oh! Gotta Go!》和1998年的《OOPS! Excuse Me Please!》[24]。他的歌曲《Sing Me a Story》則獲得第7屆音樂資源組獨立音樂大獎（英語：Independent Music Awards (Music Resource Group)）年度最佳兒童專輯提名[25]。

2010年4月10日，麥格拉斯獲得密歇根男子合唱團終身成就獎，成為該獎項第一位得主[27]。

麥格拉斯於1958年迎娶妻子安，二人共有五個子女、五個孫女以及三個孫子。1958年到2017年間，麥格拉斯與妻子居住在新澤西州的提內克，之後二人搬到新澤西州諾伍德（英語：Norwood, New Jersey）[28] 。2022年12月4日，麥格拉斯因中風併發症在家中逝世[12][2]
