莎拉·亞當斯（Sarah Fuller Flower Adams，1805年2月22日—1848年8月14日）[1]是一位英國詩人，以讚美詩《與主更親近》（Nearer, My God, to Thee）著稱[2]。
莎拉於1805年2月22日，出生在英格蘭埃塞克斯郡哈洛[3]，1806年9月在畢曉普斯托福德的教堂受洗[4]。
1848年8月14日，莎拉·亞當斯在倫敦去世，年僅43歲，安葬在哈洛附近的福斯特街公墓，父母和姐妹旁邊[5][6][2][7]。
