崔维斯·卡尔文·杰克森（英语：Travis Calvin Jackson, 1903年11月2日—1987年7月27日），为美国职棒大联盟的选手。大联盟生涯15年皆效力于纽约巨人队。他在1933年世界大赛拿下冠军，并在1934年入选明星赛。1960年球季，杰克森曾一度在小联盟执教。
杰克森在14岁时，参与一场小联盟比赛被前大联盟选手Kid Elberfeld相中，并被推荐给当时执教纽约巨人的约翰·麦格劳。他优异的守备能力使他获得了“石墙”这个绰号。他在1982年入选名人堂。

杰克森是家中独子，他父亲为了纪念死于阿拉摩之战的中校威廉·崔维斯，因而将他取名崔维斯。[1]他父亲在杰克森三岁时就开始带他打球，也奠定他的棒球基础。[2]
杰克森的叔叔在他14岁时带他加入小岩城旅行者，一支南方协会的小联盟球队。他叔叔也向Kid Elberfeld推荐他的侄子，[1]而Elberfeld经过观察后，就和杰克森表示若自己准备好进入大联盟，就可以跟他签约。[1][2]
杰克森之后加入了沃希托浸会大学。[3]在大学时期他膝盖受过伤，而这个伤也在他日后大联盟生涯里再度复发。[3]
职业生涯[编辑]
小联盟及纽约巨人[编辑]
Elberfeld在杰克森完成大学学业后就和他签约。1921及1922年，他在小岩城打球。[1]1922年，他单季就发生了72次失误，他认为他的单季失误次数已是金氏纪录。[3]
尽管如此，Elberfeld还是向麦格劳推荐杰克森。6月30日，麦格劳向杰克森签约，也结束了1922年在小岩城的生涯。[4]
1922年9月22日，杰克森在巨人初登板，并出赛三场。由于先发游击手Dave Bancroft和三垒手Heinie Groh都受伤，因此由杰克森做为替补。[5]而总教练也相信他的实力，因此在1924年将Bancroft交易至勇士，让杰克森做为先发游击手。[6][7]1924年，杰克森出赛151场，[8]击出11支全垒打，打击率3成02。在1924年世界大赛时，杰克森在第七战发生关键失误，因而痛失冠军奖杯。[9]
杰克森被认为是1920年代最好的游击手。[10]1931年，他以.970的守备率傲视全联盟。[3]不过他的伤病史也相当丰富，1925年他膝伤复发，[3]在1926年缺席不少场比赛。[11]1927年又因盲肠炎动手术。[12]1930年因耳下腺炎缺席数场比赛。[13]1932年得到流行性感冒。[14]接著在1932到1933年间，膝伤再度复发，使他又缺席一些比赛。[15]1933年，尽管先发游击手改为Blondy Ryan，[16]杰克森还是在该年世界大赛回归，并顺利击败参议员，拿下冠军。[17]
杰克森在1934年再度成为先发游击手。他跑回101分，并入选该年明星赛。[18]生涯最后两年改任三垒手，[19]并担任队长一职。[17]1936年，巨人拿下国联冠军，却在该年世界大赛输给洋基。[20]1936年结束后，杰克森被下放小联盟。[21]
杰克森被认为是防守型游击手的始祖之一。不过他有6个球季单季打击率超过3成，[3]其中1930年他打击率3成39为生涯最高。在他的时期，巨人拿下四次国联冠军，并赢得一次世界大赛。杰克森生涯共击出135支全垒打，2成91打击率。[3]
执教生涯[编辑]
杰克森在1936年向泽西市巨人(纽约巨人2A)签了三年约，杰克森担任球员兼教练。[22][23]他的膝伤依旧影响他的上场时间，而他持续担任教练直到1938年。[1]之后巨人让杰克森以教练身分重回大联盟，并担任教练18个月。[24][25][26]
接下来的五年，杰克森都在跟肺结核搏斗。[3]最后他在1946年执教波士顿勇士的小联盟球队。1947-1948年，杰克森再回到巨人当教练。[25][27]1948年起，杰克森在多个小联盟球队执教直到1960年。
个人生活[编辑]
杰克森和他妻子玛丽生了两个小孩，桃乐丝·芬雀和威廉·崔维斯，而他有6个孙子和4个曾孙。[3]1987年，杰克森死于阿兹海默症。[3]
