约瑟夫·查尔斯·施瑞纳（英语：Joseph Charles Schriner；1955年3月3日—），是一名美国政治活动家和记者，2020年到2016年间曾五度竞逐美国总统职务[1][2]。他倡导基督教民主主义，主要是作为独立候选人竞选，直至2020年美国总统选举改以美国团结党身分参选[3][4][5]。他曾在2000年和2016年大选周期初期以共和党人身份参选[6]，也曾在2008年大选周期竞逐绿党总统候选人资格但失败[7]。
在成为常年候选人之前，施瑞纳花费大量的时间在美国各地旅行，并即席对他遇到的个人进行专访。他声称，与经验丰富的决策者相比，这些主观经历使他对国家的社会、政治和经济问题有了更深入的了解。这些年来，他已经接受了众多媒体采访，并曾在多家大学发表演讲[8]。
在媒体里，施瑞林被称为“普通人”（average Joe）[9]，有时也被称为“油漆工乔”（Joe the Painter）[10]。目前他是个体经营的房屋油漆工[11]，亦是其家乡报纸《布拉夫顿新闻》（The Bluffton News）的自由撰稿人[12]。
