山塔努·纳拉延（英语：Shantanu Narayen，1963年5月27日[1]—）是一位印度裔美国企业主管。他于2007年12月起担任Adobe的董事长、总裁和执行长[5]。在此之前，他于2005年起担任该公司的总裁和营运长[6]。
早年生活和教育[编辑]
纳拉延在印度海德拉巴一个说泰卢固语的家庭中长大[7]，他是教美国文学的母亲和经营一家塑料公司的父亲的第二个儿子[8]。他就读于海德拉巴公立学校[9]。
他在海德拉巴的奥斯马尼亚大学工程学院获得电子和通讯工程学士学位[10]。他移居美国完成学业，并于1986年获得俄亥俄州鲍林格林州立大学的计算机科学硕士学位[10][11]。后来他获得加州大学柏克莱分校哈斯商学院的工商管理硕士学位[12]。

1986年，纳拉延加入硅谷一家名为Measurex自动化系统的初创公司，该公司为汽车和电子客户制造计算机控制系统[13][14]。之后他转到苹果公司，并于1989年至1995年在那里担任高级管理职位[1]。
在苹果公司之后，他担任硅谷图形公司的桌面和协作产品总监[10][1]。1996年，他与他人共同创办Pictra公司，该公司开创了通过互联网分享数位照片的概念[15][10]。

纳拉延居住于加利福尼亚州帕罗奥图[2]。1980年代中期，他在鲍林格林州立大学时认识了他的妻子雷尼·纳拉延（Reni Narayen）[12][29]；她拥有临床心理学博士学位[30]。他们有两个儿子[1]。
纳拉延曾经代表印度参加过亚洲帆船赛[31][29]。他和萨蒂亚·纳德拉还投资了美国板球大联盟，由美国板球企业（ACE）主办[32]。
