北美领导人峰会（英语：North American Leaders' Summit，法语：Sommet des leaders nord-américains，西班牙语：Cumbre de Líderes de América del Norte），简称NALS，又或被媒体称为“三个老友的峰会”（Three Amigos Summit，Sommet des Trois Amigos，Cumbre de los Tres Amigos），是加拿大总理、墨西哥总统和美国总统的三方年度峰会[1][2][3][4]。 此峰会最初是北美安全与繁荣伙伴关系的一部分，北美安全与繁荣伙伴关系由美墨加三国在2005年建立，2009年后不再活跃，转为不定时举办[5][6]。
最近一次的北美领导人峰会于2016年6月29日举行，由加拿大总理贾斯汀·杜鲁多主办，会场在安大略省渥太华的加拿大国立美术馆。当日杜鲁多接待了美国总统奥巴马和墨西哥总统恩里克·培尼亚·涅托[7]。三位领导人讨论LGBT权利的共同承诺（尤其同性恋夜店枪击案事件发生过后），可再生能源发展和自由贸易[8]。各国领导人还宣布建立北美气候、清洁能源和环境伙伴关系以及公布相关计划[9] 。2016年的峰会是三位领导人第一次也是最后一次会面，杜鲁多在2015年11月大选中当选、奥巴马任期在2017年1月结束、涅托任期亦在2018年11月结束。杜鲁多形容是次会面为“友好的，正如你期待朋友般，但也有点辛酸。”

2009年之前的峰会都被视为是北美安全与繁荣伙伴关系的一部分。峰会没有固定举办日期，部分年份因不同原因而没有举行峰会[10]。
