伊尔贡（希伯来语：ארגון，罗马化：Irgun，直译：组织；全称希伯来语：הארגון הצבאי הלאומי בארץ ישראל，罗马化：Hā-ʾIrgun Ha-Tzvaʾī Ha-Leūmī b-Ērētz Yiśrāʾel，直译：以色列国土军事组织）是一个1931年至1948年间活跃于巴勒斯坦地区的犹太复国主义准军事组织。其存在期间被广泛视为恐怖组织[1][2][3][4]，曾策划大卫王酒店爆炸案等恐怖袭击及代尔亚辛村大屠杀等种族屠杀。组织于1948年以色列建国后为政府所取缔，因而改组为右翼主流政党赫鲁特党，再演变为现在的全国最大右翼政党利库德集团。现今以色列大多以组织希伯来语名称缩写称其为埃策尔（希伯来语：אצ"ל，罗马化：Etzel）。
