蛋白质组学标准化倡议

蛋白质组学标准化倡议（PSI）是人類蛋白質組組織（HUPO）所属的一个工作小组。它的目的是为蛋白质组学定义数据标准，促进数据比较，数据交换和验证。[1][2]

蛋白质组学标准化倡议关注以下主题：

  • 定义了所有蛋白质学实验应该提供的基本元数据的蛋白质组学实验最简信息指导。[3]
  • 能够为数据和元数据编码的数据置标语言。
  • 保证注释与表达一致性的本体构建。
