凱利·麥克高尼戈爾

凱莉·麥高尼格(Kelly Mcgonigal)是一名出生于1977年的美国心理學家。曾在波士顿大学获学士和硕士学位,在史丹佛大学获博士学位。凱莉·麥高尼格目前供职于史丹佛大學商學院[1]。凱利有一个双胞胎姐妹珍妮·麥高尼格英语Jane Mcgonigal,职业是游戏设计师[2][3]

2005年到2012年,凱利曾担任同行评审学术期刊“the International Journal of Yoga Therapy”(大意:瑜伽治疗国际期刊)主编。凱利的主要研究领域为自我控制,她认为“自我控制就像肌肉一样,使用过后就会进入疲劳状态”[4][5][6][7][8][9][10]。2013年前,凱利的学说认为冥想练习可以提升人面对挑战时的抗压能力。但在2013年后,她改变了观点,认为人面对压力时的态度才是关键[11]
