俄罗斯海外军事基地

俄羅斯第102軍事基地（英语：Russian 102nd Military Base）的官兵於葉里溫閱兵。

俄羅斯在海外的軍事基地眾多，大部分位於原來苏联加盟共和国的領土上。俄國國內俗稱這些國家為「近海外」。

苏联設立的预警雷达站在解体後，大多落入各苏联加盟共和国手中。在2020年，只有白俄羅斯的预警雷达站仍被租用給俄羅斯[1][2]。

《生意人报》在2003年發表了俄羅斯海外軍事基地的位置圖[3]。2018年，俄羅斯至少有20個在海外的大型軍事設施[4]。

 哈萨克斯坦 俄羅斯在哈薩克斯坦境內設有萨里·沙根（英语：Sary Shagan）反弹道导弹试验场。[4][13]另外哈薩克斯坦境內的拜科努尔航天发射场租给了俄罗斯，但目前屬於民用設施[14][15]。
 吉尔吉斯斯坦 康德空军基地（英语：Kant (air base)）、第338海军通信中心、第954鱼雷试验场和一个地震台站。[4][16]

(有爭議) 		俄罗斯在德涅斯特河沿岸留有一支作战集群，該軍隊負責防守位於科巴斯纳（英语：Cobasna）的科巴斯纳弹药库（英语：Cobasna ammunition depot）。[17] 約1500人

(有爭議) 		在2014年克里米亞危機前，烏克蘭把位於克里米亚的塞瓦斯托波尔海军基地租給了俄羅斯[6][4]。2015年7月，俄罗斯总理德米特里·阿纳托利耶维奇·梅德韦杰夫表示，克里米亚已经完全併入俄罗斯[22]，因此塞瓦斯托波尔海军基地已不再是俄羅斯的海外基地。截至2016年，克里米亚境內至少有18个俄罗斯军事设施。[4][23] 約26000人以上
